Ransacker

Reviews

Ransacker has created one of the most comprehensive running shoe testing programs on the internet. Our exclusive Shoe Review Program takes the key elements of research – user feedback and an unrelenting lab test under true scientific conditions – to ultimately test what running shoes live up to the hype.

No fluffy language, no outlandish claims, just the hard reality of how well a boot stands up to the demands of three of the most rigorous independent tests.

It’s the only place on the web where you can truly decide which running shoes deliver on their promises. And which don’t.

User Reviews

user-reviewsFirst and foremost, our research is based on user feedback. If each Ransacker visitor answers our set of 4 simple questions, over the next 12 months we hope to have the biggest running shoe review database on the web. Not only are you promoting the benefits for your favorite shoe, but you’ll be helping other likeminded running enthusiasts make the best decisions, both financially, and for the good of their health. We’ll even enter your name into our monthly competition to win a pair of running shoes!

Ransacker Rated or Slated!

Once again, we prove that we are not afraid to pull any punches, matching up the running shoes that have impressed us and those that haven’t!

Look out later in the year for our Ransacker Best Buy Award. The award recognises the running shoes that achieve the highest results across the Ransacker Shoe Review Program, the internet’s toughest review panel. To win our award the products must excel in performance, look the part and offer value for money.

Later in 2010 we will set about mechanically testing the latest running shoes on the market. Initially we will test their pressure distribution qualities. This will allow us to indentify how much support the running shoes provide to your feet, weather or not they are comfortable and if they could result in injury or aggravation. Over the long term we also hope to be able to test their traction, power transfer and durability.
