Over the next few weeks and months we will be adding various FREE training programs written by industry experts to help you get the most from your training. Currently we feature training plans for the marathon, 1/2 marathon, 10km and the Octathlon (a gym based circuit). HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS
In response to several comments on our blog one of our most keen bloggers, Kirk, has created two easy to follow training plans for people wishing to run a half-marathon distance. For what Kirk lacks in running qualifications he more than makes up for in experience and enthusiasm. If you have any questions or comments Kirk would be more than pleased to hear them.
Our resident marathon expert Graeme Hilditch has also provided us with some intermediate and beginners half marathon plans.

OCTATHALON TRAINING PLANS
What is an Octathalon? The Octathalon is a race over eight gym exercises and has evolved from out of 12 years of gym competitions of all sorts in the UK, of which the pinnacle has now become the Octathalon Cup. The Octathalon Cup has been running since 2005. The Octathalon has three difference courses, all with the same eight exercises but with different amounts of weights distances and repetitions.
