I’m a massive fan of the Asics Nimbus series so when my brand new pair of Nimbus 10′s arrived today I was genuinely excited! Sad I know!
They have to be the best looking Nimbus’s (is that correct or should it be Nimbi?!) yet. The metallic blue color way makes them really stand out but I’m not too keen on the Jackson Pollockesque silver and black styling. Besides the color the other immediately obvious change is the new asymmetrical lacing system that follows the curve of your foot.
The Asics Gel Nimbus 10′s also feature a new discreet rear-foot design, enhanced midfoot support, and improved upper construction. The initial fit feels really snug, perhaps a bit tighter than the Nimbus 9′s, I hope they don’t give me blisters!
