Since our launch in December we have received hundreds of emails asking us “What was the best running shoe of 2007?”. So admittedly a little belatedly we decided to create the Ransacker Shoe Awards 2007. Unfortunately, unlike the big magazines, we didn’t have a team of dedicated testers who all received free kit from the leading manufacturers. Instead we decided to look for a 
general consensus amongst ourselves, you the running public, the likes of Runners World, Running Fitness, 220 Triathlon and various other online resources to establish the “Ransacker Shoe Awards 2007″.
