Q. Why are you providing free race numbers?
A. In exchange for the sponsorship of your race numbers, we ask that you help us spread the word about Ransacker, that’s all. By doing so you will help your runners save money and raise money for some great charities.

Q. Do you want a list of our event's participants?
A. NO. We do NOT want a list of your event's participants names and addresses.

Q. Is there a minimum or a maximum race size?
A. We do require that your event attracts more than 100 participants. This is because our numbers are printed in batches of 100. We want to help as many events as possible.

Q. How many numbers are you giving away?
A. Every month we will be giving away 5000 free race numbers. If when you register we have already donated 5000 race numbers that month we will make sure that you receive your race numbers the following month.

Q. How long does it take you to print the Race Numbers?
A. It will take us up to 2 weeks to fulfill your order.

Q. How far in advance can I order the numbers?
A. We do not have any restrictions on this. However we do request that you only make one order per event. We will not cover the costs for any additional amendments, however our race number supplier will happily deal with your requests.

Q. What size is the race number and what is it made from?
A. The race number is made from Polyart paper (water and tear resistant) and is 7 1/2” x 5 3/4”. NOTE: We are not able to supply safety pins for the bibs. To see a sample of the Race Numbers please click here.

Q. Will our race logo appear on the race number?
A. Yes, your logo will appear in the top left hand corner of the race number. All you need to do is attach a copy of your logo during the registration process.

Q. Can I have a different designed number?
A. If you want a differently designed number please let us know. We are not promising anything but we will always take a look and see if we can help.

Q. Do you supply safety pins for the bibs?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to supply safety pins for the bibs that we provide. We would always recommend that you ask competitors to bring their own safety pins. Alternatively you can purchase safety pins in bulk from www.runningimp.co.uk.

We want your runners to stay safe and that is why the industry standard runner/medical information details form is printed on the back of our Race numbers. Devised and adopted by the organisers of the Flora London Marathon, BUPA Great North Run and major UK running events.
Ransacker Competition
You will notice that on every Race Number there is a free entry code for the Ransacker Running Shoe give away. Post race all your participants need to do is email info@ransacker.co.uk with their Race number and the Event name, they will be entered into a draw to win a free pair of running shoes every month.
