We were done up like kippers again for last night’s big Premier League clash. We were convinced that Yossi Benayoun and Barry Ferguson would go toe-to-toe in the centre of the park, but while Benayoun toiled in his Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly football boots as the reds took another step towards the Europa League, Brum man Ferg was nowhere to be seen after failing a late fitness test for the game.
What a shambles, Rafa.
We’ll return to the former Rangers man in a couple of weeks as we look to check out the Umbro SX Valor II football boots for the first time this season. In the meanwhile.. allez les Blues!
