Zuku Foot Conditioner - Review
By Angus | May 2, 2008
Using a foot conditioner for me is a bit like untying your laces after a run; you know that you should do it but you are often too tired to be bothered! After all I don’t treat my feet well; once a day I stuff them into sweaty trainers and then inflict them to a constant hammering of the ground.
Zuku is a Foot Conditioner that comes in a handy rather stylish flip top 75ml tube and costs £9.99. Zuku has been specifically developed for athlete’s feet. They claim that a unique blend of high-grade emollients revitalize your feet so they feel supple and responsive.
After using Zuku for a month it has now become part of my running ritual (as well as untying my laces!) and my feet do feel a bit more supple. One thing that impressed be about Zuku is that it absorbs really quickly and doesn’t leave any greasy residue.
Zuku claim that using their product can lead to improved performance! I’m not sure that this is necessarily true but anyone who has ever run with cracked heels will agree that it’s not the most plesent experience.
£9.99 does sound expensive for a foot conditioner but it will last for more than 40 applications. And as part of a program of regular body maintenance it certainly does leave the skin on your feet in tip-top shape for running.
