Lee Morgan's Blog

Running has played a major part of my life since joining my local harriers (Wallsend Harriers) at the age of 10. At 20 years old I ran 30.04 for 10k before spending a few years in the Armed Forces (Parachute Regiment). A number of injuries have meant a reduced training workload and now at the tender age of 36 I still compete on a regular basis, albeit at a lower level. I have a degree in Sports Science, write a weekly column for my local newspaper, write race reports for my harriers' website and have had articles published in Athletics Weekly.
