The Saucony ProGrid Omni 7 is still Saucony's go-to shoe for runners seeking maximum stability and support for overpronation. The Omni 7's fit has been made slightly wider than the Omni 6, and features slightly more cushioning in both heel and forefoot. Small tweaks to the upper improve support by holding the foot more securely in the shoe, enabling the unobtrusive medial post to do what it's always done, slow the rate and reduce the angle of pronation in the great numbers of runner who need this category of shoe.

The Saucony Omni 7 provides an ideal level of medial support for the moderate overpronator. Features Saucony's heritage fit and inherent support in upper. The upper features an Ortholite sockliner, lightweight breathable mesh, midfoot arch strap and HRC strobel board. The midsole offers heel ProGrid, dual density SSL EVA and SRC impact zone and SRC forefoot cushioning.
