What we say: The Mizuno Wave Creation 9 may feel firm to a slightly built distance runner but for most members of the population the ride will feel fine. If you are generating a lot of impact force they will be ideal. You will find a shoe that has great cushioning in both the heel and the forefoot. There is also quite a responsive feel so you don't feel you are lugging weighty protective measures around your run.
